A $5 payment processing fee is charged for bills that are not paid using direct debit (credit card or bank account). Some exemptions from this fee apply, including for eligible pensioner concession card holders.

Customers agree not to acquire services from other carriage service providers by dialing their access override code. ADSL bundle customers must not acquire a broadband service from another service provider which is provided using line sharing technology on the line provided by RWTS.
