RWTS are excited to announce the official launch of our fixed line telephone service. To celebrate the launch, we are offering business and residential customers three months free line rental on home or business phone lines. Best of all - there are no contracts or catches - just let us know the phone lines you want to transfer and complete a direct-debit form!
This new product is the perfect compliment to our existing Voice Over IP and ADSL services - and our call rates leave Telstra for dead. This is perfect for businesses who are not ready, or unable to make the transition to Voice over IP. We also have some exciting phone bundle plans, with included calls and bundled ADSL - details will be available online early next week.
Unfortunately the offer excludes ISDN 10, 20, 30, Voice over IP and Multiline products, and the offer is limited to a maximum 3 phone lines per customer. Only the line rental component is free on the ADSL bundle ($20.95).

Things you need to know
A $5 payment processing fee is charged for bills that are not paid using direct debit (credit card or bank account) unless you are an existing customer with approved credit terms. Some exemptions from this fee apply, including for eligible pensioner concession card holders.
Customers agree not to acquire services from other carriage service providers by dialing their access override code. ADSL bundle customers must not acquire a broadband service from another service provider which is provided using line sharing technology on the line provided by RWTS.
- This charge varies based on whether there is an existing Telstra in-place service available at your address.
- Our Fair Use Policy applies to all cap plans.
- Available for most direct dialled calls from most fixed phones to UK, New Zealand, Ireland, USA, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore.
