A4 Paper Sizes for Mac OS X versions 10.0 to 10.1.5. If you have
Mac OS X version 10.2 or later see the note below.
This version supports:

Setting A4 Paper as the default for both English
& French

Setting US Letter as the default for both English
& French

This version supports almost all printers -
please let us know if you have one which it does not work for.
Instructions for use:
Download the installer
Open the installer, and enter an administrator password.
Follow the instructions on the screen
If you wish to install A4 defaults for French, or US Letter defaults
for English, select a custom install.

Note for Mac OS X 10.2 and later.
These versions of Mac OS X do not need A4 Paper Sizes. To set the
default paper size, open Print Centre and choose Preferences from
the Print Center menu. Set the default paper size from the pull
down menu. If you want to make more detailed default configurations
- eg. to have duplex set by default, use your web browser to open
http://localhost:631/printers
or http://127.0.0.1:631/printers
to access the web interface to configure all the options on all
the printers which you have added to Print Center.
Size of A4 Paper
A number of people visit this site wishing to know the size of A4 paper. We are pleased to inform you that according to the ISO 216 standard, a A4 sheet of paper is 210mm x 297mm (approx 8.27in x 11.69in).
